I have highlighted places and will keep this book even though she covers lots of areas which are hardly relevant for me (tv interviews). However this book is well structured with great conceptual coaching on making a plan, understanding your own goals/style etc. as well as some really practical tips on publicity packages, how to court the editor etc..
