"The Shape Shifter" offers a fun intro to a long-lived companion, plus some nice comic-strip continuity [6/10] "Voyager" is a beautiful and evocative strip. In the end, I'm not 100% sure it makes sense, but it still's a delightful piece [8/10]. "Polly Glot" is another light comedy that's OK [6/10]. "Once Upon a Timelord" has some really nice metatext and is a good conclusion to the Voyager arc [8/10]. "War-Game" by new author MacKenzie is unfortunately just OK [5/10]. His next story, "Fun-House" "The Shape Shifter" offers a fun intro to a long-lived companion, plus some nice comic-strip continuity [6/10] "Voyager" is a beautiful and evocative strip. His next story, "Fun-House" isn't any better, then it runs into a nasty deus ex machina end [4/10]. The last story, "Kane's Story" etal, actually has interesting points of view and nice continuity. Hopefully it's an upswing [7/10].

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. The first story "shape shifter" was the best of this collection. It's all down hill from there. Really this should probably get a worse rating but I love the stubborn shapeshifter sticking to his silly penguin form even when it is very obviously impractical, and some of the artwork saves even the ridiculous storylines.
