A very good book for those who SUFFER from depression. A very good book for those who know of someone with depression. Those who suffer, haven't you just wanted to punch some sanctimonious A-hole who passes judgment? Better yet, get those A-holes to read this book! This is the book that helped me to understand depression and how it CAN be lifelong. Either a BATTLE or simply a SITUATION. My choice and yes, drugs do help.
