I liked the way the authors took a positive viewpoint on living with depression, discussing all the different types of depression. How big changes usually require painful crisis. They discuss the importance of faith/scripture, medication, exercise, nutrition, sleep, light and some type of volunteering where the depressed person can help others and in turn receive so much more than what they gave -- this is something that I never thought of but I can see how it can have a positive change in their I liked the way the authors took a positive viewpoint on living with depression, discussing all the different types of depression.
