This book is simply indispensable for The Beatles' fan who wants to see all the places where members of the band lived, recorded, filmed, had photo sessions or just simply hung-out during the sixties. As is common knowledge, once the band signed to EMI (& under the guidance of Brian Epstein in 1963) they became London/Home Counties-based, & most of their activities (when not touring) were confined to this part of the country. It's an excellent & fascinating book, & a fine record of the world's greatest band's history & activities in 1960s London.

An extremely well documented book, it contains a lot of details about what the Beatles did in and around London town - big, small, together or individually. It contains tons of photos, maps and useful comments about places and buildings - even those that are not there anymore. I enjoyed this book very much - and I'm not even a Beatles fan!
