Erin Hunter's world of feral cats is fun, and it has a an interesting level of depth, especially around the mythology the cats have developed, and those mythological elements play an important role in this epic journey. There are plenty of encounters and dangers along the way, and the romantic elements between Millie and Graystripe are handled with only the occasional slip too deep into romantic trope territory. The real strength of the story is Graystripe's internal conflict as he battles his doubts and fears that his time living with humans has somehow altered him so much that he may not be able to regain his warrior nature. This conflict takes center stage as he is forced to decide whether he can possibly compromise his beliefs that all contact with anything to do with humans must be avoided. This is an excellent heroic journey with character who experience many stumbles, but find a way to follow their quest to its end. James L. Barry's artwork is excellent, and the vivid use of color brings the story to life in ways that weren't possible in the black-and-white manga version. Lovely book and an engaging and satisfying story.

Graystripe and Millie are SO CUTE TOGETHER!!!! I'm so glad to have finally learned what happened to Graystripe because it was killing me. He's my fave! I love that he found someone else after losing Silverstream. (view spoiler)[I almost had a heart attack when he was hit by a car, AND I totally teared up when he saw Silverstream and Feathertail. This book was really good, and the first full manga I have read. It was about Graystripe, and his companion Millie. He and his friend travel a long journey until they finally make it to the clans at the lake

Brooklyn and I are loving this adorable series about a cat’s quest to find his tribe after he escapes being captured by human “two-legs.” This graphic-novel series is a fun read for the whole family!

I read the 3 in 1 graphic novel edition. A beautiful fantasy story that shows kids the difference between domestic cats and wild cats - the difference between compliance and freedom. Such a sweet and sometimes sad story that shows that life is an adventure and family (clan) along with a sense of self is very important. My only complaint is that some of the speech bubbles seemed out of order or hard to determine which to read first on the page which would be an issue for younger readers. This book is mostly about Graystripe finding his way home. In the first book, The Lost Warrior, Graystripe is trying to save his clan, ThunderClan. Because the cats he saves were attempted to be taken away as kittypets (a cat that lives with humans), Graystripe got taken away instead and didn't like being with the twolegs (us!) and found a tabby cat that was a formal kittypet in the trees named Millie. They finally find their way back to the forest, but sadly it gone. In the last book, they went to find ThunderClan. They found ThunderClan and the other clans (WindClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan) all at the lake.

Regardless of being a little lost on the story line (I have not finished the Warriors original series), I enjoyed reading this graphic novel alongside my kid. The storyline of Graystripes begins with his capture & life among humans, where he constantly misses his clan. Making a new friend & not a few enemies in the suburbs, eventually the wild in him wins out & Graystripes, along with his companion Millie, set out to find Thunderclan. Small adventures, obstacles, conflicts & a growing friendship are all excellent discussion points for my own kiddo & I. As a parent, I deeply appreciate the common ground books can be, and the opportunities to bond they present. While I would likely never have picked this book up myself, I’ll continue to read the novels alongside my child.

Graystripe is one of my favorite characters in Warriors universe, so I can't believe the things he had to endure since he was captured in the forest. Millie is nice and everything, but I honestly prefer Silverstream! Anyway, I loved the whole adventure in the barn specially how hard they fought against the dogs and humans to make it a safer place for the kitties! I liked the support and consolation Millie meant for him and I definitely loved that ending (but I want to start the next book right now! hahaha).

This book is awesome! I have never read a book like it, it tackles so many feelings and cats that i could not even put it down. Graystripe befriends a kittypet and miraculously finds his clan and all the others, while the kittypet grows into a warrior like him! Although it was short and wish they met Purdy and midnight. In the book moonrise it takes them a long time to get ro the sun drown place but it Graystripe doesn't take nearly as long. More detail and a longer story would be five stars hand This book is awesome! I have never read a book like it, it tackles so many feelings and cats that i could not even put it down. My sister and I used to read the Warrior books to encourage our nephews to read. One of my nephews was more visual, so I was delighted to see Graystripe's Adventure come out in a graphic novel. Graystripe is one of my favorite warrior cats; a noble and true friend to the clan leader Firestar! For parents there is some violence (warrior cats are fighting cats), and some romance that parents may want to explain to their children while reading. This was so cute!! I liked this way more than I thought I would, especially after feeling meh about the ravenpaw bind up. Millie is adorable, and graystripe was done pretty well from what I remember of him! I definitely didn’t read this at the proper time (I thought I’d be safe 😔), but I don’t really mind knowing how this ended. Now I’m excited to get to it in the regular story arcs!! And I want more of Millie! What a sweet cat.

Really good! I liked that finally we get to see what Graystripe looks like! I also like Millie, but Diesels got my vote. I disliked how fast everything went. In the books Graystripe acted more hungry. But in this he seemed “plump” I recommend this book to cat lovers ages 9+. Great work Erin Hunter!

It was okay. The only reason I'm rating it so high is cuz this is the 1st graphic novel I've read in the warriors saga, however, graystripe just didn't seem like himself. He wasn't silly and light hearted we know graystripe to be. He was too angry. I'm reading ravenpaws path now so hopefully it's better. It was okay. This book is amazing! This is also the first Warriors Comic Book I have read (and only right now). I think it is awesome! It is a bit pricey compared to other Warriors books but that is because it has 3 comics in it.
