Not the best study copy (hence only 4 stars), but if you want a quick, easy devotional intro to St. Thomas, this is a good volume. Very accessible.

Wonderful pious and scholarly explanations of common Catholic prayers by the Angelic Doctor.

Saint Thomas Aquinas decomposes three prayers: the Creed, the Our Father, and the Hail Mary. He explains each statement in these prayers and why they are both theologically and spiritually important for our lives. This book helps to breath new life into our prayer life by transforming the prayers we say daily from just rote repetition to a statement of faith and an expression of love of God.

I really enjoyed this book. It makes St. Thomas very accessible. I'm going to make an outline of this book and put it in my study notebook, along with citations from the CCC.
