How she becomes the "unexpected bride" is for you go find out. Will her death and status seeking stepmother prevail? Who is the "his" as referenced in the book title? One clue. I have known a man that stubborn. They are completely exasperating. And pride!!!! But too bull headed to listen to reason. The beginning of this book is like a scene from a western movie. Enjoyable. Sad. Good shots. A few times the characters were a bit over the top but this *is* an enjoyable. Read.

He and his father managed to kidnap her in an effort to collect the money. Logan saw the man attacking Winona and took her to his ranch to protect her. Because she stayed at Logan's ranch she was considered compromised and they had to marry. The bully, however, did not give up on his plan to marry Winona. In his mind, all he had to do was kill Logan and then Winona would be his. Read this book to see how this turned out. This book is a delightful read, especially if you enjoy books that have a happily ever after ending. I enjoyed every minute of my reading on this book.

Beautiful unexpected love story I try enjoyed this book. The characters were a match made in heaven from day one. Winona, a young lady, who was engaged to someone else, not out of love but duty. Logan Foley, the oldest of 3, hardheaded, stubborn and wanting to live up to the legacy of his father's horse ranch, finds out way to soon, rescuing Winona was more than he bargained for, but is it really. This book had lots of healing, forgiveness, finding their real paths and hopefully true love. I know you with enjoy it as much as I did. Ava Winters never disappoints her fans with her books.

Western historical romance I liked the storyline but felt various things were not realistic. Logan's wife on a grew up not cooking nor cleaning..all of a sudden she knows how to cook make bread without being taught or seeing it done. That doesn't happen that easily or smoothly. It needs to be taught/learned. Plus fixing the roof? I don't see that happening. Also when Gregory proposed to Louise he addressed her with his last name..not hers. Other than those issues, I felt the storyline flowed smoo Western historical romance I liked the storyline but felt various things were not realistic. A wonderful romantic western novel! I really enjoyed reading about these brothers and their history. The storm and how they met, and started to fall into their budding love. It was not easy but they found their way into a true, lasting love. A wonderful love story, thank you, Jack.

An Interesting Tale This story did not begin as most western romance books do because there is no a mail order bride mentioned once. This story is a true romance that the reader gets and remains embroiled in throughout.
