A mixture of Star Wars, He-Man and early Jim Starlin, style over substance but it does look pretty cool.

A worthy choice for first comic read of 2021. Peter Goral sets out to tell a tale that channels old school pulp with a gritty noir flavour, while maintaining a steady pace of action, problem-solving, and heart. Accompanying him is Joseph Schmalke's art. The panels are never boring, lending more to the story than being a means to show what's happening. There are simple minimalist scenes of skeletons getting zapped. Then action-orientated details that make me want to see this animated. For a comic A worthy choice for first comic read of 2021. For a comic based on a toy, I believe Goral when he describes having a large, long-planned universe at his beck and call and I am privileged now to be a part of its revealing. I was expecting He-Man in space. This was so much more. 44.75/50.

It's simply a wonderfully crazy idea to start a comic: an undead chasing magic stones throughout the universe. It's full of fun and gore. I have multiple variant covers, plus a double-signed cover. It's simply a wonderfully crazy idea to start a comic: an undead chasing magic stones throughout the universe. It's full of fun and gore.
