   I found this book incredibly sad, it’s probably very true to the times in many ways, a story of missed opportunities, and wrong turns in the road, maybe living in a similar era I just like more cheerful stories. Do read it and make your own assumptions I did rather like the way it ended I may have been a bit harsh with just 3 stars but I didn’t find it an easy read
