Destiny works at the Marina and used to go out with Dom--hum--I would feel a bit awkward about it all as well!! Then the marina where Destiny works is vandalized AND something is pulling people into the water! Destiny is really worried she will lose her job because her boss doesn't seem to be doing anything about anything--Lady is bound and Lady has broken up with Crispin, but they are still friends. Lady and Crispin are no longer a couple. She finally broke it off with him and is dating Dom. This has made things rather unsettling within their group of friends. They thought if the group went to the river together it might help get rid of some of the awardness, but that didn't happen --- someone had vandalized the marina. Now Lady needs to help find out who did this and why to help Destiny keep her job! As the gang investigates the vandalism, they learn more things about themselves as a group Lady and Crispin are no longer a couple. She finally broke it off with him and is dating Dom. So Lady and Dom finally gave in to their mutual attraction and although Crispin and she parted amicably perhaps everything isn’t hunky dory. Strange things are afoot and of course with the romantic tension going on it gets stranger. Otsuya is the only one that seems happy as a clam. It will definitely be interesting to see where this all goes and my curiosity is peaked. I read a complimentary Advanced Reader Copy of this book & am voluntarily leaving an honest and unbiased review.

This was a enjoyable book in this series. Lady and Dom are now together, things are a little awkward in the friend's group, and there's another mystery to solve. This was light and easy to read with a good storyline that captured my attention and draw me in. This was a enjoyable book in this series. This is a different type of witch story that I fell in love with. The Characters are developed as the story goes along. The main characters are well described and you'll fall in love with them. The story was good. There were so many grammatical errors that it lost stars. There is this thing called proofreading. Try it.
