I love seafood and fish and pretty much everything that comes from the ocean – I can easily eat my weight in sushi on a daily basis. Add in a lot of plant-based recipes and healthiness is just around the corner. I love that the recipes would appeal to and work for cooks of all levels AND are 30-minutes-or-less-to-cook but WHY name it a pescatarian cookbook when 75% of the recipes are vegetarian?? WHY label is as “omnivores who simply seek to integrate more balance and plant-based goodness into their lives” and call it pescatarian? I know that eating fish at every meal is not easy or sustainable, but call it the pesco-vegetarian-vegan cookbook! As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/#BachelorNation survivors/etc. " on Instagram and Twitter... Get a real job, people!) so let's give it 🐟🐠 🐙 as it is NOT what it promises to be on the cover title?
