I've got this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I've read the first book a while back and honestly I do remember the main characters, but only slightly so I needed to remind myself quite a bit. This book was amazing! I'd say it it was even better than the first book! Also when I started reading my "time" was 7 hrs, but when it finally loaded completely it was 10 hrs and around 30 mins and I was like "Damn, this is a hell of a long book, haha!" I was afraid I'd get tired of it event I've got this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I was afraid I'd get tired of it eventually, but nope! Quite opposite. I need more of it. When I was 50% in, I couldn't believe it and I knew that I'd need even more of this book! I gotta say that Raylin is an amazing writer, seriously! She exactly knows how to drag you in and not let go! We've got 2 POVs here and both were amazing! One time -only- did I want the POV to be more Avery than Jim, but I can't complain other than that. I loved Avery more than anything. I loved how strong she was from the first page of the book till the end. I also loved how she didn't want to spoil her daughter Addison, which is rare to read about in books. I loved her comebacks and appetite for food. So fun to watch and read unravel. Jim was amazing too! He was way different than his brother, but super protective and supportive of him. I loved him. He was funny, but serious when needed. Didn't show much to other people, but lot to people he cared about. He did have his inner demons he needed to fight to get through it, but in the end he could manage it. He was a super hard workaholic, but the moment he was with Avery he tried his best to be present with her and Addy. I loved the way Raylin brought other characters into this book too. I loved seeing Ash, Jake, Collin, Alex and more people being involved. Especially I loved and laughed a lot at many scenes that involved them. My, probably the most, favourite scene was when Jim asked Jake to go and buy McDonald's for everyone. Since Jake is a cardiovascular doctor, he asked something along the way "Are you seriously asking cardiovascular doctor to go and buy fat food?", but when he came back with Ash, he didn't bring 2-4 bags of food for everyone, nope! He bought like 15 bags with him, haha! I was laughing so much! THE best scene in this book! I really loved it. I can't wait to read Dr. Brooks: Billionaires' Club Book 3 next! I loved all the characters, they are unique and fun. PS: I might edit this review later on or add more.

Enjoyed the story, even though I have NO idea what it's like to live a billionaire lifestyle. Those parts were fun. Some tough issues to deal with but the author handled them well. These two have much to work thru - both of them - and the little girl is just adorbs. Enjoyed the story, even though I have NO idea what it's like to live a billionaire lifestyle. After reading Dr Mitchell (Billionaire club 1) i not only fell in love with Jacob but his brother Jim as well and couldn't wait to read his story....what a story it was!! This story hooked me from the beginning and just like book one, we have such a mix of funny, sexy and emotional moments. Raylin really knows how to write scenes that sizzle with chemistry and make you feel like your there with the characters, I just couldn't put this book down! I've said it before but Raylin really does have a way with words, everything flows so effortlessly and it's a joy to read. Her characters take on a life of their own, it's just brilliant! The story wasn't rushed at all and thanks to the dual POV you actually get a good perspective on what's happening, especially in emotional moments.....you can't help but fall in love with Jim and Avery! What more is there to say....this is a must read for any romance readers, you wont be disappointed! I highly recommend this author and this book. Counting down the days until i can read Colin and Alex's books next ❤ I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review

Avery is a strong woman who has overcome a hard past in some ways, but also carries the scars. She is pretty much a single mum to her daughter Addison, who she fiercely protects. Both Jim and Avery have pasts that have shaped them and hold on to baggage they do not realise they are still holding. Jim loves having Avery around and loves her daughter from the beginning, however when her discovers that she has been hiding a secret, that is what breaks them, that she cannot trust him with her secret, while he has been pushing her to open up. Her, both parties realise, with help from their friends that they need to work on themselves and they both end up in therapy, working on getting their lives in a better place and becoming better in themselves. A reunion at Ash's birthday party has the pair see each other again, but in a better place to commit to each other and to forge ahead with their relationship. A wonderful story that also has a passage from the next book to get our minds on Collin as we find that his live interest Elena is going to be his new college and the daughter of the doctor he took over from. I cannot wait to see what happens next in this series.

4 1/2 Stars! Very well written romance dealing with serious issues of drugs, enabling, and projection of anger in an effort to navigate life after addiction. I loved the connection and witty banter between Avery and Jim. Their "meet cute" on the plane with Jim rescuing Avery was a great hook to this storyline. While well written, deep, and very well executed, I thought the storyline was a bit drawn out and found myself frustrated with the back and forth between Jim and Avery about exposing Addy to her drug addict father. What started out as a solid five star read dropped to a four as I was dragged into the long push and pull between this couple when it came to Avery's persistence in allowing Addy to be the one to choose. The storyline quickly picked up for me as the author dealt with both Avery and Jim's damaging history with addiction while they both found their healing separately. I thought the author dealt with their issues in a realistic and positive way, and my rating went up again. The HEA ending seemed a bit short and quick and I think I was expecting more emotion after the long and winding journey they had together. This is the 2nd book in the billionaire series. All the friends are present in this book and they are a lot of fun! Even Jake and Ash appear from the previous book called Dr. Mitchell. They run into each other again a few days later in a fancy restaurant when Avery’s sister stands her up and Jim leaves his friends to join her for dinner. Their attraction is still strong but Avery is reluctant. The story is good. Both Avery and Jim have been hurt by previous relationships. As they forge their relationship the past comes back to hunt them. They both have to let old hurts go before they can have they happily ever after. You do eel connected to both Avery and Jim.

I thought I liked the first book, Dr. Mitchell, but Mr. Mitchell showed me I loved this book even more. The dialogue and interactions between the two had me laughing, swooning, shaking my head, and weepy at times. Reading how the both of them go through struggles in their story had me rooting for them to the end. I loved reading how Jake (Dr. Mitchell) and Ash is doing from the previous book. Addy (Avery’s daughter) is a spit fire who had me cracking up. There are some true book worthy steamy moments in this book. I cant wait for the next installment of the Billionaire’s Club.

Still needs a little proofing work but so much easier to read and the story is not only worth telling but is told well. It was impossible to not fall in love with these characters, especially Addison, she stole my heart and the story. I cried at the end when all of their demons had been fought and they found their happily ever after in their little family of 3. Way to go.

This book was much longer than what I have been typically reading. I was so surprised. At one point, I was sure that it was wrapping up and I looked down and I was only at like 30%. I had a lot of hope for this book since I absolutely loved Dr. Mitchell (5 stars!). However, I agree with some other reviewers that I can’t see the connection between Jim and Avery. Avery is a swearing, rough, disrespecting, former drug addict. Jim is a hard working, loyal brother and friend. What did they have in common? Running and eating?! I didn’t believe them to be in love with each other by the time they left Europe. I don’t mind a long read…but, this one didn’t need the length to tell this story. The writing was excellent, the characters were fabulous…good story!!!! I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Stick with it, it's worth the time! Just a heads up this book is quite long, definitely longer then his brother Jake and Ash's story, but I loved it even if it could of quite easily been in two parts. Jim clearly held more resentment towards his mother for her misgivings when they were young, enter Avery (and little Addy).... Both have their demons to over come, people and maybe fate trying to come between the pair?!? I loved hearing more from the Mitchell brother's and their last loves! This is the 2nd book in the billionaire series. This is Jim and Avery’s story: These two meet whilst flying to London. They meet again in a restaurant when Avery’s sister stood her up. Jim joins her for dinner, invites her to stay at his country home. This is really where the story begins. Avery has secrets, what will happen when Jim finds out she’s been keeping secrets? Will it end in tears or will they get their HEA? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a This is the 2nd book in the billionaire series. This is the first book I've read in this series (they standalone so you don't need to read them in order) and I was hooked from the very beginning! It's so much more than a cheesy office romance. I loved the way that Avery and Jim's relationship developed and as frustrating as it may have been to read, they made mistakes that real people would make. The book was fast paced and it had just enough steamy romance to keep your attention, but not too much that you feel like theres no actual substance This is the first book I've read in this series (they standalone so you don't need to read them in order) and I was hooked from the very beginning! This was an amazing book in my eyes. It was longer than what I have been reading lately, but it didn't drag on like longer books can. This story had the best of everything in it to make it a successful and enjoyable reading experience. It was funny, witty, exciting and had those bumps in the road to make the ending that much better. That is one of the best endings I have read. Addy was just the most adorable little girl ever! Definitely my favorite. I received an ARC in exchange for my voluntary This was an amazing book in my eyes. Awesome Storyline and Fantastic Characters It was definitely a great read. A bit on the long side though. When you get to the part where you figure out what the cause of the breakup will be, it takes forever to get there. The first parting of ways was inevitable, it just happened sooner than expected. The time in between after they meet up again wasn't all that exciting except for her ex and his issues. Deep down she must have known keeping the truth was going to come back to haunt her. This novel had a lot of good moments, a lot of sweet moments; BUT it also had lot of just okay moments that really didn't bring the same warm smile to my face as the other moments had. However, even though there were times when it would lull and I would begin to ponder about choosing another novel,  something would grab my attention again- just enough to reel me back in to stick by the side of this author. In the end, though, I'm glad I finished reading this novel.
