The innovation framework is a great start to create an innovation strategy. The book also covers the what works and what doesn’t based on Elvin’s coaching and personal experience. There is a free online courses offered by the author. I’m given it 4 star because some parts lost the focus and can be more concise and well structured.

I read a lot of books on Innovation and this one is very generous, in that Elvin Turner gives away his solutions to build an innovation framework within an organisation. Turner brings the reader on a journey through the challenges of aligning Innovation strategy with financial goals and then creating a culture for Innovation to occur. Beautifully illustrated and written in an accessible style, I highy recommened it.

An invaluable read if you are looking to ensure innovation is taken seriously throughout your business and that your teams aren't paralysed by thinking they aren't/can't be innovative. It cuts through the mystery that can surround 'innovation' and gives practical advice on how 'innovation' can help propel your business forward and help you stand out from the crowd. Highly recommended. Combines several innovation frameworks but loses focus A good book for someone wanting an overview without reading the primary sources. However, the book goes on too long and loses shape in the final third.
