I'm not sure how I feel about a series that blatantly copies a novel and then proceeds to acknowledge the copied work but with a vague dismissal. It reminded me of the distaste when Ernest Cline ripped off The Last Star Fighter and proceeded to acknowledge the plot of Armada was the same... except with a helluva lot less cringe. Shawn Inmon is a better writer than Ernest Cline, simply as he's not nearly as grating after Cline with two novels with the same concept. Shawn Inmon is a better writer than Ernest Cline, simply as he's not nearly as grating after Cline with two novels with the same concept. The last story in this is patience-testing and somewhat rewarding but is an exceptionally slow burn. The other two are stronger simply for the characters behaving a bit more believably. I'm glad the series has come to some close as the novelty was wearing thin, especially listening to these in rapid succession. Plus, there are a few quirks I was growing tired of, as even someone such as myself with only the most passing interest in "stonks" would have more than enough knowledge to easily navigate the financial sector on a reboot, be it wunderkind of my childhood (Walmart, Apple, Microsoft, Gap, Circuit City, Intel) the IPO craze of the 90s with forgotten wonders (Pets.com, Ubid, etc. and still living Redhat, Ebay) or the current-gen technocracy (Apple post-Jobsian revival, Google, Facebook, Twitter, AMD) and entering the world of Seed Accelerators, Angel Investors and Venture capital. It'd be too easy to become part of the PayPal mafia if you cared even a little about technology and yet every character seemed financially incapacitated. Money is hardly the key to happiness but it'd been nice at least once to see a character who was financially semi-competent even after a single life.

nice wrap up to the series Defintely worth the read. I believe I have read all t5he books in the series over the past year. The 5 star rating is really for the series. I enjoyed some of the books more than others. Some of the individual books may have gotten only three stars from me! The Michael Hollister book (2nd) and the final book (Charles Waters) are the most memorable and maybe deserving of the 5 stars. It is not critical the books be read in order. It is worth mentioning that even though these may be packaged in groups, each is a legitimate stand-alone medium length novel.

Beautiful I have truly loved this series. The characters feel so real. As fanciful as the plot is, it feels so possible, but then, I'm a dreamer too. I wish to meet more characters and that this story would never end. It is so far beyond wonderful that no adjective exists to describe how I feel after spending my last few days reading these 12 books. I feel so lucky that this author included them with Kindle Unlimited. They are well worth paying for. Beautiful I have truly loved this series. The characters feel so real. OMG, is this author something else! I sit here in awe of what I’ve just read. Books 10-12 of the Middle Falls Time Travel series was so satisfying and emotionally uplifting that I find myself at a loss for words. No author has ever affected me as he has. He’s more than a storyteller. It is such a pleasure to read any of his books. Enjoy!!!

Such a de stressing set of books to read! I love these stories- each one has its own flavor and idiosyncratic characters. I’ve read them all and they are a joy to me! Dying and coming back and learning a little each time - wouldn’t we all like to do that?! I hope Mr Inman doesn’t stop writing them- it makes me smile with anticipation every time I discover another one’s out!

I am going to miss Middle Falls I didn’t expect to like these stories, but I got hooked fast and read all the books in 4 days. These are simple time travel love stories; Romantic, paternal, maternal, fraternal, etc. Strong characters. Strong story lines and some great meaningful messages to boot. Easy reads. Heart warming. Highly recommended.

Books 1 - 12 I enjoyed all of the "loop" characters , their stories and how they intertwined. Of course from book one I continued to look for mention of those first characters . Hard to get anything else done once I started this series. Books 1 - 12 I enjoyed all of the "loop" characters , their stories and how they intertwined. Sometimes it's nice to read stories with happy endings. And while I really don't call these times travel stories, more like extended groundhog day sequences, they are easy to read and leave you feeling good. The 12th book actually brought a tear to my eye! Sometimes it's nice to read stories with happy endings. The best yet I first thought this was not as good as the previous segments. I stopped reading several times. However, I finally liked it the best. This author is SO creative. This series is unlike anything I’ve ever read.
