At less than a three hours in audio recording Stay Strong gives a brief and simple explanation into how to survive and accept those negative emotions. Didn't help me personally. Some advice was too vague and general, perhaps even boring. Other parts didn't align with certain feelings or situations. If you're an anxious student who feels sad or angry with yourself a lot but don't feel ashamed per se, then this book is likely not to suit your specific circumstances. Didn't help me personally. Listened to this on audiobook. Some little gems in this book, I related to the first half more than the second half.

As far as these types of books go, I didn't find a great deal of value in it. Though that's not to say others wouldn't. Its a nice quick read. As far as these types of books go, I didn't find a great deal of value in it. Though that's not to say others wouldn't. Its a nice quick read.

2.5 stars This book was alright. It was short and provided some helpful tips, but it felt generic and it didn’t go in depth. This one is middle of the road for me
