    Somewhat disapointing So much of the book was dissing the keto approach and telling you to keep seeing your doctor! I've yet to meet a doctor who received more that 2 hours of nutritional study in med school. Obesity has not been helped by all the doctors so far that I know of in any great number. About 80% of the menu was useless to me, maybe 90%. Glad the book was on sale and sorry I added the audiobook too. I think she is a closet vegan! Just saying.
