This was an absolutely cute and charming way to wrap up the series! Once again, Christina C Jones does a wonderful job with her character development as we explore what happens with each couple from the previous three books. While I won't delve into specifics because of spoilers, I will say that Jones does a great job building a sense of community and family amongst the characters. Readers root for their success and empathize with them through their most difficult moments. If you have read the first three books in the series but haven't picked up this one I highly recommend it. This novella serves as a smooth transition into the Love sisters series which I plan on reading next. Readers will not get a full glimpse of them as characters; however, there is enough to make a connection to the Wright family. There is a content warning for pregnancy loss as well as traumatic childbirth. I'm glad that I've been spending some quality time diving into Jones' books. They have been a breath of fresh air and this series is definitely no different.

THE WRIGHT FAMILY ARE NEAR AND DEAR TO MY HEART. The first books Iโ€™ve read of Christina C. Jones. It was amazing to jump in and see what they have all been up to. I was happy to see that they are doing well, and to see that The love is still prevailing thru the trials. CCJ managed to touch on pregnancy, childbirth and loss in this short and I am thankful for that! I am more excited for the few new characters that were dropped in this beautiful Holiday short because that means 2019 they are comin THE WRIGHT FAMILY ARE NEAR AND DEAR TO MY HEART. It was nice being able to catch up with The Wright clan and see what's going on with everyone. You get a peek into everyone's HEA two years later and they're all still living, in love, and happy with one another. This novella was just enough for me to see The Wrights are alright. This was a nice conclusion even though it felt incomplete for reasons that would be spoilery. I enjoyed seeing them all and their "next chapter" felt genuine but I wanted more. New characters were introduced to plug in a new series and that felt unnecessary and a waste of time when so much more was needed from the characters we already knew. This cannot be read without reading the previous three books. This series really read as one long book so I would really advise to read them in order. This was a 2.5, rounded up to a 3. I really enjoy peeks into characters' HEAs, so this is my catnip and generally, I liked it - it was different in that it was kind of angsty and for a second there I was was annoyed thinking it was another continuity error but it wasn't so I'm not going to spoil it. Iโ€™m reading these all the hell out of order and no one can stop me. This is a short epilogue for the Wright Brothers series and sets up the Love Sisters series. Iโ€™m putting detailed content warnings under spoiler tags but this might be a really hard read if you have triggers related to pregnancy loss. This was the perfect little treat to check in on all the Wright brothers, their father and all their ladies and kiddos. Christmas presents being giving early, lots of love, emotions, and humor packed into this holiday novella. I have really enjoyed this entire series and the Wright family.

I don't really know what this was for. It's a little catch-up with the Wrights but seeing them all in the same place and even skipping between them really brings the focus on how identical all the brothers are. CW: mention of loss of child and miscarriage. Okay, this was such a sweet catch up with the Wrights! I loved this alot. It's really great seeing what's going on with this family. There were sweet, funny and heart breaking moments. Not to mention that ending L O L. As with everything CCJ writes, there was the light funny banter that always has me cackling. This was interlaced with some heavier moments, but I think the balance was handled pretty well. CW: mention of loss of child and miscarriage. Okay, this was such a sweet catch up with the Wrights! In this novella, we get a glimpse into the lives of the Wright brothers and their significant others at the most joyous time of year! But even though much has stayed the same, so many things have changed. With a few thoughtful...and unexpected gifts, the holiday season turns out quite different than any of them could imagine. I'm so appreciative of Jones' knack for saying so much in only so many words. Not always the fan of novellas, I find most authors fail to convey a full story. But not Jones! This was so hearty in content! I was able to catch up with Jay/Reese, Justin/Toni, and Joseph/Devyn. I loved how their lives were seamlessly intertwined which helped the chapters to flow and the storyline to progress. The air of gloom and not knowing exactly what had happened in the past with Reese was a nice touch of suspense. All conflicts, whether major or minor were resolved with a gift...literally, gifts! Ugh, absolute nostalgia reading this; made me wish I had read it Christmas eve to get the full effect of being in the same setting as the characters!

This is a cute holiday novella. To maximize the cuteness it is best read on a quiet afternoon after the madness of Christmas prep and delivery and before the new year. I advise reading at least a synopsis of the previous Wright Brothers books before reading this to keep the characters straight in your head because they come at you quickly in this story and with a lot of assumed familiarity. Christinaโ€™s use of humor is still on point and she still writes great dialogue and love scenes. All of the This is a cute holiday novella. Wrights It was a pleasure to catch up with the Wright's clan. Jason was still superman, him and Reese went through some things, but it's looking good for them. I swear Big Joe is the best lol he wasn't having no sleepovers. Toni and Justin just had to relive the past, it's their new tradition. Campus police should have their pictures up now ๐Ÿ˜†. Devyn and Joseph had a trying time, but they are better than ever. It was a great read with many heartfelt moments and laughs of course. Wrights It was a pleasure to catch up with the Wright's clan. Great series This was a great series. I loved the Wright brothers brotherly relationship and their relationship with Big Joseph. The men kept me laughing in this series. What I love the most is itโ€™s not some fairytale romances where people live happily ever after with no problems this series was more like real life dealing with fertility issues and platonic friendships. Reese and Jason story had me in tears in this book. I also like how the characters for the next series were introduced. Great re Great series This was a great series. I LOVE THE WRIGHT BROTHERS Thank you Christina Jones for this holiday catch-up on how the Wright family has been doing. It if course was not long enough but I felt that way about their full length stories. I am sure we will get future snippets from them in 2019 as 3 new female Wrights was introduced in this story. 5 stars all the way Christina. Keep up the GREAT WORK and the AMAZING STORIES coming. MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR. Catch you in 2019.

Playing Catch-up This book did what it was intended to do โ€”- caught us up on the lives of the Wright brothers and their families. It was nice to see them living, loving, and experiencing. PD is still my personal fave. The subtle entrance of some potential new stories was appreciated as well. The 3 females cousins already appear to be some real characters. Interested to meet them and read their stories. I recommend the Wrights Brothers series in its entirety.

Delighted The Wright brothers were my introduction to Christina C. Jones' work and after reading the first book, I feel in love with her writing and had to find all previous stories. I'm delighted she decided to reward her readers with a check-in on some of my favorite characters. What I loved most about this book was that even though it's a Christmas story it's not sugary sweet. It's still a real life, relatable piece. Delighted The Wright brothers were my introduction to Christina C. I wasnโ€™t ready for it to end... This book was a cute, quick read. It was so good to catch up with the Wrightโ€™s again. All of my favorite couples with a few new additions to the family. I love the quick peeks into the lives of previous characters without having to read another entire book bc sometimes, itโ€™s too much. I really appreciate this follow-up story. I am always itching to know what happened to characters in stories, so it was really good to have this novella. It was pretty good with realistic HEA, but there were a couple of things that threw me a bit. One, when did Devyn become Dr. Wright? I settled on maybe she became a DNP (doctor of nursing practice). Two, this was the introduction of the "Love" cousins, but one was referred to as Jemma Wright instead of Love...small typo... I really appreciate this follow-up story. I truly enjoyed this update: I loved how we got POVs from Reese, Devyn, Toni, Jason, Joey, and Justin (plus Big Joe) and we got to meet (what I assume are) the heroines of another series - that I'm super stoked to read now. I also loved the care and sensitivity Reese and Jason's situation was handled with. I hope that we get more glimpses of the couples in the next (seemingly) connected series. 4 out of 5 wine glasses. This is a little after thing that shows all the couples after their individual books and brings them all together, but all it really did was highlight how similar all of the brothers were and how identical their relationships read. It was kind of disappointing, and there wasn't enough of a focus on anyone for me to really care. Perhaps if I had been invested in this series to begin with it would have gone better, but as it stands it felt kind of pointless. Wright on time The Wright family is my all time favorite male boos.. The characters are vivid and highly enjoyable. Jason and Reese needed a little something extra. Toni, Justin, Joseph, Devyn, Big Joe and Imara added to the joy. The story was Wright on time for the season... The author delivered another fabulous story... Bravo!

I enjoyed the Wright family series, so it was cool to catch up with the three couples in this novella. I was glad to know that everyone got their HEA based on their current struggle/dilemma. I also loved the overlapping of the stories to show how they are truly a family and look out for each other!

Just Lovely I enjoyed this holiday visit with the Wrights. I was sorry it ended so soon. CCJ sites urban romance like no other. It was a lovely visit with this memorable family. If course, I wished it was longer. Again, she left me wanting more, which is a mark of a great writer. Bravo!

CCJ is one of my top 5 and although Iโ€™ve read everything sheโ€™s penned, Iโ€™m still amazed at her skills. I read every new work like a first time reader. On top of that, I always wonder how she gets me caught up. Every. Time. ๐Ÿ–ค
