I loved every bit of info in this story. I'm a great believer in natural health and natural medicine and this book had loads of information on how to treat conditions naturally. Even though Peter Glidden is affiliated with a certain supplement company that I'm not familiar with, I believe his info in this book is still solid, and that health conditions can and will be turned around no matter what supplements are used. Even though Peter Glidden is affiliated with a certain supplement company that I'm not familiar with, I believe his info in this book is still solid, and that health conditions can and will be turned around no matter what supplements are used. It's a fact that our society is deficient in most vitamins and minerals because our produce just doesn't have the same amount of vitamins and minerals in them between travelling many miles to get to our store shelves, as well as the lands which these produces are grown on being completely deficient in vitamins and minerals from over farming and not rotating crops. These extreme deficiencies will lead to sickness in both animals and humans. Fortify the missing nutrients and these conditions can turn around. Lots of great info stored in this book. Kind of bummed the last few chapters read like a commercial, but despite that, I learned an amazing amount of info on how to keep myself and my family healthy as we all grow older.

Once you read this book and understand the political stranglehold on our health care system, you'll understand and likely share his frustration. In his book, Dr Glidden offers insight into the root causes of common disorders as well as the solution to reversal of said disorders. Generally most disorders can be easily reversed by dietary changes. Be warned, the information on the failure of cancer treatment will make your blood boil. Yes, Dr Glidden promotes his line of supplements and services, but that's to be expected. Bottom line, if you are open minded and you want to learn the ugly truth as to why the general population is sicker now than ever before, and who's actually behind all of it, this is the book for you.

Wholistic medicine explained for the lay person. There are many interesting historical incidents and "behind the scenes" approach discussing how and why we have the current "medical" programs we do. This book makes perfect sense as it describes how "Big Pharma" has us all under their thumb. Though at times a bit heavy handed there is a lot of wisdom and insights to be gained within these pages. You'll need it! Were do I begin? There is much practical information in this book. He puts MD's in their proper place as disease managers rather than a professional who facilitates a cure. By all means go to them to mend your injuries, but ask them the last disease they cured. Better yet, follow the advice in the book so your not sick. You'll need it! Were do I begin?
