Whenever I'm learning something new, I prefer to listen to audiobooks. I loved that this book was available in this format. In my opinion, no matter what type of company you were working for, there are many positive and helpful lessons taught in this audiobook. Whether you're already a leader or are hoping to one day find yourself on that path--I can't recommend this book enough. Many will tell you how to lead--it takes someone special to own up to mistakes and tell you how NOT to lead. :)

This book gives good advice without being preachy and is informative without being long-winded. It provides self-assessment forms throughout the book and offers online resources to go with the information. If you’re in a leadership role, then I recommend reading this book.
