    In a nutshell, this book promotes a keto diet. Eat lots of fat in the form of extra virgin olive oil on everything, lots of avocados, lots of eggs, grass fed beef and wild salmon. Eliminate sugar from your diet, including dairy products and most fruits - except berries. Don't eat grains, not even whole grains. And just because you're thin doesn't mean you're healthy or that you aren't metabolically obese. If you're thin and eat the no-no foods you could be a walking time bomb. Scared yet?
