Political Journalist Nathaniel Morgan-Young is after a story he wants revenge against this politician but he must find Tilly and get her story but this is not going to be easy because he knows he must lie to her first and of course he must find her. When he does find her the sparks fly and this starts a journey filled with lies and a very sensual relationship that will keep you turning the pages as they finally have such a great HEA and the scenery along the way is beautiful as is their story a beautifully written story with the characters coming alive on the pages and the setting really is gorgeous. Learning to love and trust after betrayals This is a wonderful story that had me captivated from the start right until the end. The journey to love between Nate and Tilly, as well as how they worked through the lies, pain and acceptance was very well written. I was routing for both of them to have a happily ever after and was very happy with how the story ended. This is another must read book that deserves a recommendation as a great read. 💎💎💎💎💎

Five stars. Joanne Dannon has written an exciting, humorous, and interesting story of Nate and Tilly. Their relationship started out with half told truths, out and out lies, vague details of their real lives and a very strong attraction. They had different agendas but used each other to achieve their goals. Their attraction became more intense as they worked towards the end results. I could not read fast enough. Stayed up late to finish. Highly recommend.

She couldn’t take her eyes off him as the water droplets ran down his body. She though how much he looked like a desert prince. Tilly had covered herself in the mud from the Dead Sea and forgot she had it on her hands and rubbed her eyes. Big mistake as a result her vision was blurry and when she went to walk she stumbled on the uneven sands of the beach. As she stumbled she was about to hit a vat of mud when she felt two strong hands grab hold of her and a seriously sexy voice tell her that he had her. Nate told her he was getting something to help her and felt him tipping water over her eyes to rinse them of the mud. Tilly saw mud on her shirt and she offered to pay for it but he told her she could return the favor by having dinner with her. Tilly reused dinner but did agree to have a drink with him later. AS she arrived back at the hotel where she was noticed immediately by Nate. They both were relaxed when chatting to each other but later Nate heard his name being called. He looked at Tilly and said that’s my sister Bea. Bea looked at Tilly and excitedly asked if she was the naughty nanny from England. Nate told Bea his date is Summer from New Zealand. But Nate knew exactly who she was and couldn’t believe how easy he found her. The tabloids had painted her as a man eater but from what he could see she was far from deserving that level. Tilly had been accused of having an affair with Sebastian Porter MP and a candidate for Prime Minister. The press was all over this as when she was accused of the affair Porters wife was going through cancer treatment. Being hounded by the police she escaped to Israel where her great aunt lives. In a panic when she was recognized she told Nate she had to leave and waited in the foyer for the shuttle bus. In her panic she didn’t realize that she was hiding behind the newspaper which she was holding upside down. Nate finds her in the foyer and asks her to tell him her version of the story. After Tilly had finished her side of the story Nate told her that he believed her. As it was time to get on the shuttle bus Nate gave her his business card with his phone number on it incase she needed help again or if she wanted to catch up again. There were two things Tilly didn’t know and they were that Nate was a political reporter and that Sebastian had also attacked Nate’s sister Bea. The following morning Tilly phoned Nate in a panic telling him there were reporters banging on her door. At the time of the call Nate was working with Ilam and he asked him if he had a car. When Ilam said yes he asked him if he could drive him to the hostel where Tilly was staying. Ilam had the room number for Tilly and when they got to her room there were four reporters there two with cameras. They wouldn’t leave so Nate asked Ilam to go get security, Tilly opens her door and Nate pulls her close to him as in a protective way. The reporters fired questions at Nate and Tilly, Nate blurted out that they had been engaged for a couple of months. Neither of them could believe he had said that. Nate knew that he had to get Tilly out of Israel and back to London where he could protect her. Tilly refused. Nate didn’t know why it was important that he protect her after all they had only net twenty four hours ago. What was it about this woman he was developing feelings for, feelings that shouldn’t be there. After all wasn’t she just a means to the end so he could take down Sebastian?

It’s told in alternating points of view by the two main characters, Tilly and Nate. It’s a very quick and lively read that will have you falling in love with Nate and hoping that they find their happily ever after. After a political scandal has shaken up her life in England, Tilly Walker flees to Jerusalem to hide from the media frenzy that won’t leave her alone. Unbeknownst to her, the handsome man that she meets while she’s in Jerusalem is undercover and is determined to get the scoop on her Naughty Nanny scandal. As she starts to spend time with him, she begins opening up to him about who she really is and the true story behind her scandal. “For just a moment, she did not care about the media…This was more than a kiss. It was them coming together. Their bodies fit like two pieces in a jig-saw.” Swoon worthy Nathaniel Morgan-Young is a political journalist determined to find out the truth behind the scandal allegations. He follows Tilly to Jerusalem undercover in hopes of getting the scoop on the real story. He never dreamed that it would be so easy to get the story that he so desperately wanted. But, the more time he spends with Tilly, the more he starts to fall in love with her and he knows he has to be honest with her about who he really is. The media always has a way of finding someone when they want a story though. Nate and Tilly have a whirlwind romance as they’re dodging and hiding out from the media. “Are you prepared to take a chance on us?” What will happen when Tilly finds out the truth about who Nate really is? Will she take a chance on the man who has stolen her heart while he misled her for a story? Can he help clear her name from the press so that she can move forward with her life? If you’re looking for a witty and charming romance novel that ends with a happily ever after, then I highly recommend Falling for Mr. Wrong. Dannon did a great job with character development and the story flowed effortlessly. I’ll definitely be reading more of her work.

She has fled to the safety of her great-aunt in Jerusalem. She couldn’t imagine that she would become involved with an undercover reporter who has followed her from England. Nathaniel Morgan-Young is after Tilly’s story so that he can vindicate past injustices. Deceiving her is part of the job to get the information he needs. Then the unexpected happens, he falls for her. Once he has his story can he get Tilly to come back to him? I truly enjoyed reading this book. The story is interesting and reading about how Nathaniel and Tilly fall in love brings a smile to your face. I love the location that it is sent in. Jerusalem is such an interesting city to base the story and I enjoyed that Tilly’s great-aunt is a guide there and provides history regarding the area. Tilly and Nathaniel have grown up so differently and that does color how they react to the situations that they are in. Tilly has been raised by a loving family that makes sure every member is taken care of. She doesn’t understand how the media has convicted her and did not try to understand her part of the situation. Tilly is such a sweet person. She has sacrificed so much in her life and just wants to be left alone. Nathaniel, however, was raised in a broken home and never received the closeness of his parents. He does have a sister who his is close with and has always felt responsible for. With him being a reporter, he understands far too well how the press works and why they are going after Tilly. Nathaniel’s character is a very stand up guy. He thinks of others and doesn’t hesitate when Tilly needs help. This story had me captured from the first chapter to the final page. The book will have you laughing and believing in love at first sight. There are adult situations which would make this a book for mature readers.

Once opening her eyes she spots the god from the water. Nate cannot believe his luck that he has found her but needs to play it cool as not to spook her, so he invites her for a dinner but Tilly is unsure about the meeting so she agrees for a drink. As she is in the bar with Nate, Tilly is blind sighted that she has some feelings developing for him but will she discover his secret. As the story unfolds you realise that Nate is not just interested in the story regarding Tilly but has also got an agenda of his own which involves the same man who has destroyed Tilly’s life. To be fair I did not know what to accept with this book being set in Israel but this glorious country adds another character in the story. Reading the places and the way the author describes the history and culture you almost what to get on a plane and visit.

While hiding, Tilly meets Nathan Morgan-Young when he rescues her from a fall and they strike up a conversation. Nate happens to be a journalist for a blog who also happens to have history with the man that Tilly is said to have had an affair with, he is in Israel for the sole purpose of interviewing Tilly and finding out her side of the story. Tilly has no idea at first that this is the case and accepts an invitation for drinks. Eventually Nate’s purpose for being in Israel comes out and he offers to tell Tilly’s side of the story because after spending time with her, he believes that she is not the “Naughty Nanny” as she has been portrayed by the press. Soon though, misunderstandings come about and Tilly once again doesn’t know who she can trust. Will Tilly trust Nate ever again? When I read the blurb for this book I wasn’t quite sure if I would like it, set in Israel? Never read anything set in that locale. Will I like a book about an Australian girl pursued by the press for committing adultery with a member of the government? Eh, that’s going to be too politically charged for me. These were the thoughts going through my mind at first, but surprisingly I enjoyed it. It was an easy, quick read with well-developed characters and a believable story line (now I can say that). I will definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for something slightly different.

Tilly was taken advantage of, while on a working holiday travelling the world she works as a nanny for a highly regarded member of parliament, she gets dragged through the press when he accuses her of trying to seduce him. He sells her out for reasons that are beyond her comprehension. Tilly runs away to her great aunt in Jerusalem, it’s a place she thinks no one will find her as its not her native Australia and it’s not London, a place she never wants to return to. Only problem is when she falls over and nearly falls face first in a mud bath a nice young man saves her. Only Problem is that nice young man is a political journalist, Nathaniel Morgan-Jones and all he wants to do is break Tillys story, as he wants to make up for past injustices. Only problem is once Nate meets and gets to know the person behind the “Naughty Nanny scandal” he deceives her to get the information he wants, and once he starts he realises that he is falling for her, can he tell her before it’s too late and he loses her trust forever? This is a very real romantic it shows that life isn’t always rainbows and glitter puffs, that there are struggles and sometimes you have to really fight for what you want. If you like your romances real and fun this is a book for you.

The author’s knowledge of Israel through the characters eyes instantly makes you feel as if you are there experiencing the journey with them. You also feel at home with the book, it’s not too demanding of a read, but the story is incredible. Furthermore, you can see the characters develop throughout the book; Tilly with her negative image of men, and Nathaniel with his insecurities of his past and the need to let go of it. You get the feel that they’re really people; with emotions and insecurities. Everybody has them in the real world, and that makes them relatable. You see real people with the struggles of real life taunting them, and trying to face them head-on, whilst fighting their feelings for each other – living in denial in the big world ; not knowing what to do, and that’s what makes the story truly beautiful. The story is a must read. If you’re into happily-ever-afters, drama, and exotic locations, then this is the book for you. It is truly a beautiful book, and it will not leave you disappointed.

And what will happen to his budding relationship with Tilly when she finds out the truth? This is a sweet, character-driven story that I thoroughly enjoyed. The author mixes humor and romance for a light read that is almost impossible to put down. I liked the internal conflict that both characters struggled with. There is no major external conflict and drama– just the characters discovering themselves and doing what is right. “Falling for Mr. Wrong” by Joanne Dannon is a standalone romance told in alternating points of view and ends in a HEA.

But she finds herself running from the press when she is caught up in a scandal with the highly regarded minister of parliament. So she flees to Jerusalem to the safety of her great aunt. Nathaniel Morgan Young is a political journalist who wants to break open Tilly's story and expose the truth of Sebastian so he can get revenge on some past injustices. He deceives Tilly and doesn't tell her the whole truth when they meet. He doesn't plan to fall for her but does and when everything comes out he just hopes she'll be able to forgive him and understand why he did the things he did. This book was interesting because of all the places they mentioned living and visiting. The writing was good and the characters were well developed. Even though there was some Insta attraction there was a good build up. I felt bad for Tilly and how the press hounded her and treated her. But I loved how Nate king of swoops in and saves the day more than once. Nate I imagine is a dream boat and can rescue me anytime lol! My favorite part was the end because well I liked the way it ended. I felt like it was a great way to end it. I enjoyed this book. I would rate it 4 stars.

Falling for Mr. Wrong by Joanne Dannon is a book that you cannot and will not want to put down. Tilly was a nanny for a powerful and political British family. But now she is hiding from the press. She had to flee England due to a scandal and traveled to Israel to stay with her Aunt. Unfortunately she was not able to outsmart one reporter, that would be Nate. Nate had done his research on Tilly, by finding out she had an Aunt in Israel. So he figured she might travel there. By coincidence or not, Nate rescues Tilly on the beaches of Israel by befriending her. He invites to have drinks that evening, and charms her the whole time they are together. I am thinking love at first sight between Nate and Tilly. He has reasons why he wants to get back at Sebastian too. Sebastian had hurt Nate’s sister Bea in a terrible way that took years for her to recover from. Sparks begin to fly between Nate and Tilly. He promises to bring her back to London and protect her there. Joanne Dannon does a wonderful job describing the location of Israel and the history of the country. It was the perfect backdrop for Falling for Mr. Wrong. Joann Dannon takes you on many twists and turns with Nate and Tilly till the end. She describes the characters in a way that makes you fight for them, even though Nate hurts Tilly. You want them to be together and have their happily ever. I am looking forward to reading more by Joanne Dannon, hoping she continues the story of Nate and Tilly.

He promises to help her but she has to put complete trust in him. Will she be able to trust him when she finds out exactly why he is willing to help her and what exactly his job entails. Will she be able to open her heart to Nate and leave the past in the past? You will not be disappointed with this read!! You will fall in love with Tilly and Nate from the beginning, I know I did.

Nate, had done is research and knew that she had an Aunt in Israel. He had gone that way to see if he could find her and happen to save her from falling in the mud at a spa near the Dead Sea. Nate charms her into dinner that evening and is trying to gain her trust with lies that he’s weaving. See Nate’s reasons for trying to get Tilly’s story are a little different than other journalist. He believes Tilly and wants to expose Sebastian as he also hurt Nate’s sister. He has convinced himself that he’s lying to Tilly for the right reasons. Of course, we all know how that turns out. It blows up in his face, but this is where I got to be surprised. The turn this author took with the story was not the one I expected, it was better. So much better! There’s adventure, compromises, soul searching, forgiveness, and almost coming of age for these two. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this book but it was so much more than what I expected. Read it, see if you agree.

Will his charm and good looks sway Tilly to spill her story about Sebastian? How long will Nate have to keep his secret before Tilly finds out that he is a reporter? Joanne Dannon is a new author to me. I truly enjoyed the detailed scenes through ancient Israel and how she placed the different ancient cities within the story to tell Nate and Tilly’s journey to find the truth about each other. I recommend this book to anyone that loves endings with a Happily Ever After (HEA). I look forward to reading other novels written by Joanne.

I remember when I read it that I was caught up in the drama and the action of Tilly's escape to Israel, the friendship she strikes up with Nate, and on the edge of my seat because you just know the inevitable has to happen, she's going to find out about who he really is sooner or later - eeek! I loved the connection between the two and i liked how you could see the swing in Nate where he realised that perhaps this isnt all about politics and Tilly is a genuine person... I really liked how it drew to conclusion and I was constantly amazed through out I was reading a debut novel. I recommend this story for anyone looking for something different but amazing at the same time. Loved it!

Falling for Mr Wrong takes you on a crazy ride from the first Chapter on and never lets you off! I am not complaining! I loved it! The story is not too complicated – an Aussie girl gets caught up in a web of an unscrupulous British politician who uses her to cover up his infidelity and then a White Knight with plans for revenge gets into the picture and…you get the picture, right? I loved the way Ms Dannon writes – having lived in England and hung out with different Aussies, reading her book felt like being back - all those words and expressions… Considering that we have an Aussie nanny working in the UK, it is actually quite surprising that the whole story actually takes place in Israel – I love it as it is not so common. It sets a believable stage for Tilly’s plans for re-inventing herself and also might get us thinking that maybe we should go and travel to Israel ourselves… Falling for Mr Wrong is a very good romance that takes you away from every day dreariness and you simply cannot stop reading – set your children up with some sort of activity where they do not need supervision (or send them off to a play date), grab a glass of wine and just indulge!
