G.K. didn't disappoint in this high action, emotional ride. I was entertained from page one and left satisfied at the last page. You couldn't ask for a better ending to a series. Well done G.K. I hope the next series is as beautiful as the previous ones. G.K. didn't disappoint in this high action, emotional ride. I was entertained from page one and left satisfied at the last page. What an ending! I couldn’t have imagined a better way to end the series. There was so much action, more romance, and more unexpected twists. Enemies became friends and villains were finally revealed. It’s fast-paced and never a dull moment. No filler! Read this if you like fast-paced, mature YA urban fantasy mixed with romance, magic, action, and mystery!

Wow. You just don't get a series finale much more jam-packed with action and drama than this. I'm honestly breathless after reading the climax. This trilogy, which was a spinoff of the Wilder series, comes to a glorious end (or does it...?) in this book, and I am glad I took the time to read it. Aria is a great heroine, and she is surrounded by a host of great characters - Nico, Damian, Ricky, even her sinister brother Alek, all of whom made me care about them. This is a very good conclusion to this paranormal series. The storyline is well-written and ends in a HEA. The characters are developed and likable. I enjoyed this series. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

Perfect ending to a wonderful trilogy. The characters were so well written that the reader can really connect with them. I am huge fan of this writer and the first two books of this series. I can not wait to see what else this writer has in store for a new series of books for her fans.

I was given an advanced copy of Beyond Magic by the author for an honest review. I loved reading this book. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful trilogy. I liked all the characters. Their growth and development through the series was amazing and enjoyable to be part of each of their experiences. Powerful message of love, family, friends and the strength that is there. Very interesting surprises along the way that I didn't see coming and I completely enjoyed it. I was given an advanced copy of Beyond Magic by the author for an honest review. And the one person no one expected her to have on her side. Someone who we'd never imagine is capable of caring about anything or anyone but himself. But Aria does that. She makes people WANT to care. She draws them in and steals their hearts. Including this readers. I'm sad the series is over.

What a great ending to an even greater series. I wholeheartedly recommend this book. The whole series of world building, characters, death, battles, fear, intensity, friendships, trust, love was absolutely amazing. I have been so wrapped up in this storyline, I wished I had an audiobook version, so I could carry on listening to it, when it was Impossible for me to read (after all I did need to come up for air at some points) The raw emotions pierced my heart making me blubber in a few places. The storyline was outstanding, it turned from one direction to another, rotating and revolving all the way through the series, everything entwined easily, interlacing the supporting characters that run beside the main character Aria, to make everything feel so real. At one point in this last book, I had to look away from the pages, as I couldn’t stand the thought of one or two things happening. Then I tried slow reading and re-reading sentences, because I didn’t want it to all end. I hate leaving spoilers, so sorry if this review is vague. However I wouldn’t want to spoil the ending for you or steal from you the outcome of the storyline or you would miss reading, what I felt to be an outstanding piece of fiction, created by an author with a formidable talent. G.k.DeRosa is now firmly planted in amongst my favourite authors

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. I am so glad I finally finished this series! I needed a break after I read the second one, but I had to know what happened to Aria. I liked that at the end of that one I wasn't sure whether I wanted her to be with Nico or Damian, and I liked that in this one we weren't left in suspense for long. The love triangle wasn't drawn out unnecessarily, which I really appreciated. Damian's overprotectiveness made ME feel suffocated at times, and I still was not a fan of Damian scolding her like a child sometimes since they clearly cared for each other. Less with the father-to-child image, more with the love relationship please! But I guess I just haven't read that many books with a sire bond, so maybe this is more normal than I'm making it out to be. I was really happy to find some of the people I wanted to trust turned out to be trustworthy and willing to sacrifice after all, and I'm glad everything worked out for Aria to finally have a semi-normal life. Although I am curious as to what will happen with the Inner Circle vampires. Are we to believe they'll stop coming after Aria?? They kinda just got shoved under the rug in the end it seemed. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the way it ended, and I really want to read the Guardian series now! Although I should have read that first since this is actually a spin-off series and talks about a lot of the main plot points for those books. Just fair warning if you need it.

What a great ending to an amazing trilogy. Aria has come a long way since discovering the truth of her past and coming to terms with being not only one of a few surviving members of a nearly extinct sect of witches, but a vampire too. Without a doubt, Beyond Magic was an awesome conclusion to G.K. DeRosa’s Hybrid Trilogy. Full of vampires, hybrids, witches, powerful badass hybrid magic, twists, turns, and some jaw dropping ‘holy crap what just happened?’ moments all tangled up in moments of hope, sweetness, and a little bit of heart breaking sadness, there’s so much in this book to keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting more. Seriously, you’re not gonna want to put it down.

My review is for the whole series of The Hybrid Trilogy books 0.5-3 I finally had a chance to read this series which I should have done once I finished with the last book in The Guardian Series - Wilder Legacy about nine months ago. I couldn't remember much on the storyline, so I re-read the last few pages from the previous series to refresh my memory on the characters such as Celeste, Roman, Nico, Stellan, Marie, and Brian. Anyway, so the last book mentioned that Celeste asked Stellan to check on Aria as she sensed something about her, and nothing said about the character - Damian. While reading this series, I encountered two facts that left me questioning my understanding of this book. As far as I know, the first time Nico met Aria was in the Christmas party, and by that time, he was no longer a Vampire. Thus he didn't have any power to compel Aria during the end of year dance. Another minor issue was Aria's day walking ring was taken during her time in the tribunal, but there's no mentioning on she gotten it back after the power outburst and they fleed the place during daytime. Does that mean she no longer needed it? Anyway, overall, it's a brilliant story with a great conclusion on the series. The tiny part of me just wished that the ending for Alex was different. Being a powerful witch, Aria should be able to at least drag Alex out from the place? I absolutely loved this entire series from the start. This world is so complete and detailed. The chemistry that Aria has with Damien is wonderful and it just kept getting stronger. After everything that Aria has been through, running for her life constantly had gotten old. I love the other coven leaders (the ones on our side, of course) and the faith and patience they have with Aria. No offense to Nico, but Damien was my choice from the get-go. “Beyond Magic” is a nice ending for the Hybrid Trilogy. I have to be honest though, the first few chapters dragged for me despite the action scenes but later it really picked up, I don’t want to reveal too much but let’s just say that Aria finally ends the love triangle and decides who she wants to be with. This trilogy has been beyond fantastic in story telling. I couldn't believe how much trouble a 17 year could get into, but when so many of the old school supernaturals felt threatened it was easy to connect the dots. I have to admit that I cried at one point in this book. Overall, the whole series is very well written, the characters are full bodied, and the action will keep you turning the page. This is one of favourite series this past year. It's very well written, extremely fast paced with lots of suspense, drama, a bit of angst and a lot of fun. The characters are all well constructed and the plot holds together beautifully. The final volume does not disappoint in the slightest, my only complaint is that now it's the end of the series, pff! Such intensity, strong characters, good storyline. Magic is all over, witches, all over and vampires, all over. Honestly skip this and read vampish and angel trilogies instead!! Aria is beyond frustrating and the other couple was dragged painfully and stupidly long! We barely got main couple together which pissed me off because he was only reason I read this mess of trilogy. Honestly every character was much more likable than main lol.
