    If you liked Mind Calm and Body Calm, this books offers some review of the principles introduced there along with Sandy Newbigging's formula for clearing conflict with various aspects of life. Without resistance and attachment, we are more sanguine about life and less stressed. Sandy does not promise miraculous physical healing, but reducing stress can help the body heal and regain balance while improving our attitude and experiences regardless of circumstance. Newbigging's ideas are similar to If you liked Mind Calm and Body Calm, this books offers some review of the principles introduced there along with Sandy Newbigging's formula for clearing conflict with various aspects of life. Without resistance and attachment, we are more sanguine about life and less stressed. Sandy does not promise miraculous physical healing, but reducing stress can help the body heal and regain balance while improving our attitude and experiences regardless of circumstance. Newbigging's ideas are similar to those taught by Eckhardt Tolle, and they supplement Tolle's work for me.
