From my point of view this is not to be called a book. It's more like combined articles or blog posts. The style of writing is very shallow and the information is very basic and already known for most of us. Unless you're a complete beginner in the self development path you won't gain anything new. For me it was a reminder of information I already know, it was not a quick reminder though. I was bored most of the time reading it as it is 236 pages, but to develop my patience skill I decided to finish From my point of view this is not to be called a book. I personally would not recommend this book. The power of successful habits is explaining the psychology of why we as humans have them to begin with. Then guides us through understanding of our personal habits. This is done best in Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins and Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book is essentially what you would expect from a blog post that posts just the mere basics of achieving successful Entrepreneurship. This book would not influence a majority of people. Great book to lift your soul I really liked this book, it covers the basic fields of your life where you have to work in order to achieve success and with practical and simple habits. Explained in a very understandable way. Recommended to anyone looking for ideas to organize their life.

You know those articles you see online: "10 habits of millionaires", "20 things to do improve your life", etc. This book is basically that, with multi-page long details instead of a paragraph for each habit. That's not to say that it's bad. If someone has read relatively few of these types of books, this could be a useful starting point. But 1) it doesn't go as deep as other books would and 2) there aren't really any insights here. That's not to say that it's bad. If someone has read relatively few of these types of books, this could be a useful starting point. But 1) it doesn't go as deep as other books would and 2) there aren't really any insights here. The book goes through the normal stuff you hear: have a positive attitude, meditate, focus, forgive, practice gratitude, try new things, have good relationships, set goals, be flexible, don't give up, etc. Again, nothing new. Each habit is explained in a few pages, with a brief explanation of the why and the how. It's a framework -- a skeleton missing most of the meat and other details. I don't think reading this book will change anyone's life, but it may serve as a collection of habits that one can delve into more detail by reading books specific to that habit. I will say, the one insight that did pop out, though I've heard variants of it before, was the two minute rule, where you take a seemingly difficult task and work on it for two minutes, then trick yourself working an additional two minutes until you accomplish a good chunk of it. Like I said, it's not so much a novel concept, but the "two minutes" is a neat trick to get you to just start something and use that momentum to continue. It's something I may use on my daughter to clean her room (perhaps myself too for some work tasks...)

The same old generic things Everything in here could've been said in fewer words and was better suited for a blog. The author plugged his new book in the first chapter. He presented nothing new that countless other blogs haven't already done so. The same old generic things Everything in here could've been said in fewer words and was better suited for a blog. BASIC SELF HELP BOOK It repeats the same old things about how you should be confident and have a positive attitude etc. Nothing more than that. If you havent read any self help before you could start with this. It is a basic self help book and basic writing.

Past page 32 it's typos galore. Even the author didn't love this book. It's broken, but worse, it's basic. Past page 32 it's typos galore. Even the author didn't love this book. It's broken, but worse, it's basic.
