Get ready to fall in love with this wonderfully sweet and sexy boxset full of emotional and unique love stories The Four Seasons Box Set is a wonderfully sweet and sexy boxset full of emotional and unique love stories that is the perfect boxset for any contemporary romance fan! To sum up the basics, all books are well written, relatively fast paced, told in dual point of view from complex developed characters, and have the perfect amount of steam mixed into the romances in varying ways (some books are a little steamier than others). There were some surprising twists that you don’t entirely see coming that keep things intriguing from start to finish and stop the books being entirely predictable. Each book can be read as a standalone with a guaranteed HEA at the end of each book although definitely best to read if you want to avoid spoilers regarding other couples from the previous books. I’ve included my reviews and ratings below for the individual books (that were read as they were released). Get ready to fall in love with New Zealand and these four friends in this highly recommended boxset. ____________ Seducing Summer - 5 stars Seducing Summer is a sweet yet suspenseful five star romance that will keep you on edge and turning pages until the very end. I couldn’t put this book down once I started. Despite being the first book in a new series, Seducing Summer can most definitely be read as a standalone, although once you’ve read this, you will no doubt be just as eager as I am to read the rest of the series. The story uses a unique twist on incorporating both a bodyguard romance and a sort of boss/employee romance theme. Getting dual points of views for Callie and Gene added a depth to both characters and the mature writing style of both added to the overall story of the book. At one point towards the end of the book, I genuinely got caught out (in a good way) as I expected things to come to a head in a predictable way and was completely surprised by the curveball in the storyline Serenity threw in. I love it when that happens in a story! Another thing I really liked, as always with Serenity Woods’ books, was the vivid descriptions of New Zealand throughout the book; I always feel like I am there, watching the scenes, and can picture everything going on perfectly. It’s so rare to find genuinely great, refreshingly unique HEA standalone book but do not hesitate to give this book a read - you won’t regret it! ____________ Tempting Autumn - 4.5 stars Tempting Autumn was just as enjoyable as the previous book with a sweet romance in this friends to lovers book with just a little bit of drama, some heartfelt sensitive issues and moments and plenty of steam between the sheets… or under the sleeping bags! The story is set over only a couple of days and, while time frame isn’t long at all, the relationship is built up steadily in a way that feels perfect for both characters, given the sensitive issues that arise at the beginning of the book. Told from both Rowan and Hitch’s points of view, we are instantly aware of the many years of friendship that these two have and the foundation of stability that gives to both characters with their surfacing feelings and developing relationship, despite Hitch being four years older and the brother of one of Rowan’s close friends. As a reader, you can’t help but fall in love with Hitch’s caring nature and Rowan’s innocent, a credit to Serenity Woods’ realistic development of bringing realistic characters to life. Throughout this book, as a reader, you truly felt like you were escaping with Rowan and Hitch through the vivid descriptions of the idyllic surroundings whether it was to Hagley Park in Christchurch or into the wild mountainside. It makes this a perfect escapism book. The HEA and epilogue rounded off Rowan and Hitch’s story and set’s up the next book in the series brilliantly. Overall, if you are looking for a sweet friends to lover’s standalone romance, that has it’s own unique twists, with a HEA do not hesitate to give this book a read! ____________ Bewitching Winter - 5 stars Bewitching Winter incorporates the theme of a second chance romance, making it yet again a different romance storyline to the previous two books in the series but is just as enjoyable. Bewitching Winter tells the story of Neve and Rhett and how true love really never does die. Both characters were very likeable, relatable and strong. Rhett comes across as a sweet, kind and very charming person but also has dominating personality that Neve cannot resist, despite her stubborn persona. I liked Neve but at times I got a little frustrated with her swinging emotions; I understood why it was needed to show her warring emotions but certain times felt too much. Neve and Rhett’s previous relationship was, and still is, a tumultuous kind of relationship, a clear sign of the passion they have for each other. After going through a painful breakup five years previously, these two former lovers find themselves forced together and when serious life events that occurred while apart come to light, things are seen in different perspectives and shows the way of learning to live in the present and letting go of the hurt of the past. As a result, this leads to some erotic and real toe-curling love scenes over the few days in which the book is set; the time frame works given they have such a strong history, adding to the foundations of their relationship re-emerging in the present settings. There are some real heart wrenching moments, especially towards the end of the book, and you can’t help but hope these two characters will find their HEA. There were a few surprising twists along the way and also some misunderstandings that lead to a climax you definitely don’t fully see occurring; Rhett’s torment when reaching breaking point was almost heart breaking and a tough part to read but that only encapsulates Serenity Woods’ ability to draw the reader in to these thoroughly engaging and realistic characters. The issues raised in the book were dealt with in a mature fashion of both being sensitive but also with light hearted humour in appropriate moments. Overall, if you are looking for a sweet yet steamy second chance, standalone, romance between two people that are perfect for each other, with a guaranteed HEA, do not hesitate to give this book a read! ____________ Persuading Spring - 4.5 stars Persuading Spring is a, mature insta-love, kind of romance between two loveable and sensitive characters: Bridget, part of the Four Seasons owners, and Aaron, a single dad and vet. Both have always tried to put other people’s happiness before their own and know they get a chance to potentially find true happiness with someone of a similar sensitive nature. The book is told from dual points of views (except two chapters towards the end of the book where we get two surprising additional points of views), allowing the clear connection these likeable characters have, despite the unusual circumstances that bring them together. I personally loved the development of the relationship over the course of the book, especially the perspective Callie gives to Bridget about the potential seed and growing. The scenes with, and role of, Aaron’s son, Mateo, allowed the reader to see a different perspective of both Aaron and Bridget. The book is light hearted with no real major drama but has enough smaller issues to draw you in. Be prepared for the surprising twist that I did not see coming towards the end of the book in regards to one of the situations; it heartbreaking and touching. The issue was very poignant and perfectly executed with such sensitivity and emotion. The book had a great HEA ending for both Bridget and Aaron (making it a standalone) and also the series as a whole (there are a few extra details of the happily ever afters of the previous books’ characters if you have read the rest of this series). The only tiny niggle I had with this book and why I knocked half a star off was I found the book a little repetitive at times; I had a sense of deja vu of having already read some emotions/beliefs earlier on in depth and wanted to skip over them when they re-cropped up to the same extent. I’ve never had that before with Serenity’s books so I know it’s not the norm and may have just been my personal views while reading this particular book (hasn’t put me off being a huge fan of her works and am already eagerly await her next book and series!). Overall, if you are looking for a relatively light hearted romance that starts as a fun fling after difficult circumstances or if you enjoy a single parent romance, definitely give this book! For fans of the series, Persuading Spring is the fourth and final book in this series and does a great job of rounding this series off in style and you will not be disappointed with it. *I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of these books. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.

Four Seasons Boxed Set by Serenity Woods Four friends representing the four seasons work together, thrive together and are all, no doubt, going to find their happily ever after in this wonderful series by Serenity Woods. SEDUCING SUMMER Callie and Gene…what can I say... Callie is smart, quick, entertaining, unafraid of expressing what she wants and so much more than first glance might lead you to believe. Gene is handsome, controlled, professional and deadly but also very warm, loving and caring. The two have chemistry from the beginning and oh what a delightful read this book was! I enjoyed reading about New Zealand and would love to one day make a visit and since it is unlikely I will be able to do so it was nice to be able to escape not only into a steamy romance but to an exotic entrancing sounding location, too. TEMPTING AUTUMN Friends can become lovers and remain friends. Solutions to big problems can be found. Dreams can come true. Living in the moment is a grand thing. This book is worth reading – definitely worth reading! BEWITCHING WINTER Second chances at a happily ever after don’t come often but when they do it might just be worth taking a chance on that special someone that was left behind. Neve and Rhett had a special relationship five years previous to the beginning of this story and their breakup was anything but friendly. When they come together at a business conference Rhett has the desire to reestablish his friendship with Neve but neither really wants to have their hearts broken again. As the conference progresses interesting tidbits come out that impact both of them. They realize that though they are not the same there might still be embers that can be fanned and it might be worth it to do so. PERSUADING SPRING Aaron and Bridget have both experienced the destruction of dreams for their future. Both are open, honest, caring people. Both feel an attraction to one another. Both realize it is much too soon to be in love. But they also both realize that it would be a crime not to explore what they are feeling. I loved this book! I liked the fact that Bridget and Aaron were willing to take the time to explore the potential for a relationship. I loved that there was not some major drama to pull them apart. I enjoyed seeing their friendship grow and become all that it could be. Though a sweet and perhaps simple love story it also discussed the issue of divorce, custody, bullying in school, friendship and a great deal more. I thank the author for copies of these books. This is my honest review.

Owning a lingerie company is not supposed to be a profession that sets a killer on on your tail. A smoking-hot bodyguard, hot sex and a trip throughout New Zealand. Always something to keep you turning the page. Tempting Autumn [R-GAc] Second in the Four Seasons series. A shy personality to start with added to dark secrets that cannot be revealed can make it very hard to trust your instincts. A gentle understanding man is what is needed here, someone with the patience and deep hidden feelings he has been dealing with for years. Add in some wonderful New Zealand countryside and a feeling of peace for the soul and a wonderful love story blooms. The second in the love for all seasons series does not disappoint. Bewitching Winter [R-GAc] Third in the Four Seasons series. Young love gone wrong. Can time and distance in perspective and maturity make it right? Is a second chance worth it or even possible? Double tragedy can make you stop and re-evaluate your life; give you hope that past issues can be resolved, especially since first love is rarely forgotten. A chance meeting is all that is necessary to start the ball rolling along the road to love. Persuading Spring [R-GAc] Last in the Four Seasons series. Jilted at the altar will leave a girl in a miriad of emotions. In the midst of her confusion, she is rescued by a knight in shining armour with issues of his own and a young son to take care of. Add the entire length of New Zealand in between them and you have some challenges to overcome. A sweet story of climbing out of the pit of despair with the help of her brother and her friends, then doing a little rescuing of her own. Love will out. A wonderful finish to the series.

I loved it! I always say this about all of Serenity’s books! This is a set of four of her books! I have read them all separately at least, 10 years ago and I loved them then! But, impossibly I love them even more now. Each book is about the four girls who run the Four Season Lingerie Company. Each girl has their own personality & story! The Kiwi men who fall for them, they are all so, sexy, sweet, thoughtful & hot! Serenity writes about the males so, that you want to meet them! When I read her boo I loved it! She describes New Zealand from the top end of the north Island to Stewart Island, the very bottom of NewZealand! The birds, the fish, the trees, the flowers so accurately! We’ve been lucky enough to have been their twice and it is a beautiful country & it’s inhabited by beautiful people, that will help you when you need help! Just all around good people! I can’t suggest more stringently that you need to read this book! Kiwi’s are great Authors!

Awesome Series **Seducing Summer Gene and Callie are both driven to succeed in their chosen careers. When these two have to spend every day(and night) together, you know sparks are going to fly. I could just see Gene--a beautiful, well-built hunk of military man--trying to act the part of a straight-laced PA! That scene definitely set the tone for the rest of the story. When sparks are flying hot and heavy, how can anyone expect these two to behave and have a proper business relationship? That would be BORING! :) In spite of the age difference, they are perfect for each other!! I can imagine them old and gray, still keeping the fire burning hot! Seducing Summer is well-written, the pacing is good, the characters are interesting, and Gene and Callie most definitely have chemistry. They are HAWT!! My only complaint was with the suspense. I wish it had been just a tad more suspenseful but, hey, that is just my opinion. It didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story. Seducing Summer is a highly enjoyable story and a terrific start to a new series. I am already anxiously awaiting Book 2. I whole-heartedly recommend this book for anyone wanting an awesome read. **Tempting Autumn Tempting Autumn is a wonderful story of two friends finally admitting their true feelings for each other. Rowan and Hitch are a delightful, mature couple who realize hiding their love for each other has left them with a huge void in their lives. Hitch is such a sweet man. I loved the way he offered Rowan an escape to reconnect with her creative side knowing how hard it would be to "behave' when they were alone in a remote mountain hut. Her happiness was more important than his hardship. Rowan was so strong going outside of her comfort zone and keeping any problems to herself so Hitch wouldn't regret asking her along. To me, putting the other person first out of love is a sign the relationship will last. Tempting Autumn kept my attention from the beginning with an interesting plot, likable characters, beautiful scenery, and a seamless flow from scene to scene. It is Book 2 in The Four Seasons Series. I highly recommend you read Seducing Summer (Book 1) as well as Tempting Autumn. They are both terrific books. They are also standalones. YAY!! **Bewitching Winter Bewitching Winter is a terrific addition to The Four Seasons Series. As always, Serenity Woods has written a wonderful story with well-developed, likable characters that I really care about. The story is well-written, flows smoothly and held my interest from the beginning. There were some surprise twists in this story that really added a whole new dimension to the story. I love second chance romances because everyone deserves a second chance at true love. While Neve hasn't changed very much from when they were originally together, Rhett has really matured and figured out what is truly important in life. This story is quite a bit steamier than the first two books in the series. I recommend reading Bewitching Winter and all the stories in The Four Seasons Series. I have thoroughly enjoyedv every book I have read by Serenity Woods. **Persuading Spring Persuading Spring is a fantastic ending to a fantabulous series. I hate to see the series end as I have come to love all the characters. Surely there could be a reunion story. Please? I am so glad Birdie did not marry Mal. He wasn't good enough for her. I found it interesting, but not really surprising, Birdie wasn't heartbroken over the break-up. Aaron is my idea of a perfect match- a man who puts his son first and loves animals puts him near the top of the list. Add in all of his other wonder qualities and he exceeds first place. Birdie and Aaron are perfect together because they are such gentle, sweet people. Serenity Woods always writes well-written stories with heart and soul. Her characters are well-developed and likable. The New Zealand scenery comes alive with her descriptions. She is definitely on my short list of must-read authors. I highly recommend reading Persuading Spring and the other books in The Four Seasons Series.

The Four Seasons Box Set: The Four Seasons Books 1-4 by Serenity Woods is an amazing set of four friends’ stories. I read them one by one as they were released but being able to purchase the entire set at one time is wonderful. It would be difficult for me to choose a favorite story among this group since I enjoyed each one. Besides the characters and their romances, I loved the description of the places each story takes place. Below is a short review of each book in the set. It would be difficult for me to choose a favorite story among this group since I enjoyed each one. Besides the characters and their romances, I loved the description of the places each story takes place. Below is a short review of each book in the set. Seducing Summer starts off this new series in stellar fashion. I didn’t think I would love a series by Serenity Woods any more than I did Three Wise Men but this author continues to amaze me. This introductive books set up a high standard for the next three book in this series of best friends finding true love. It also gives us the background on how the series is name as well as the major characters. Tempting Autumn is the second of the Four Seasons covers some serious issues that have to be dealt with using a sensitive hand. Ms. Woods does exactly that. I think because of that I found this to be a more compelling read than Summer’s. Winter may not be my favorite season but Bewitching Winter is my favorite book of the Four Seasons Series by Serenity Woods. This was a surprise because meeting Neve in earlier books she was my favorite character; too brash and too headstrong. However, in this story Ms. Woods fleshed her out to be a character that I simply now adore. Rhett is older wiser and now the man for her. I loved their second chance at happily ever after. What a wonderful way to end the Four Seasons Series with two of the loveliest character that you could ever hope to meet in a book. Persuading Spring by Serenity Woods has the last of the four friends now business partners, Bridget, better known as Bridie, needing a break from her regular life after a horrible disappointment. I liked how she meets Aaron and his son. Their relationship develops in a normal realistic way. The author gave me a complimentary ARC of each book

So heartwarming What a heartwarming series. Thank You Ms Woods for such an unbelievably riveting read. The heroes all Kiwi blokes with hearts of gold and oozing their own brand of sexiness. As for their feisty women such class, style and beauty tied up in a curvaceous package...New Zealand so dreamy.

Four Friends, Four Love Stories Callie, Rowan, Neve and Birdie own a lingerie shop called Four Seasons and the individual books of how love comes into their lives have now been wrapped into a boxset. Below are my reviews for each one. Book 1. Seducing Summer - 4.5 Stars - Great plot, engaging characters I loved how feisty Callie was and how she could deduce things about others by sheer observation (very Sherlock Holmes), I loved the friendship between the girls and the heat between Gene and Callie. Felt this was a very well put together novel with a great plot. What I didn't like was the use of the F word which was scattered through the book, I suppose it was appropriate as Gene was x military but I have worked with soldiers who don't feel the need to swear in front of ladies! Book 2. Tempting Autumn - 4.5 Stars - Sweet AND Steamy Rowan is the vulnerable girl in the group due to events in her past which she has kept hidden but she finds herself opening up to Hitch, one of the few men she feels comfortable with because he is her friend Birdie's big brother and she has known him for years. I love the premise of friends turning into lovers and I loved how tender and patient Hitch was with the girl he had been lusting after for years. The romance between the two of them was both sweet and steamy and I was rooting for the HEA ending and was not disappointed. Again what I didn't like was the use of swearwords (F and S) which were scattered through the book. Book 3. Bewitching Winter - 4.5 Stars - Sexy and Sassy Story I'm a sucker for second chance stories, which allow for things to get intense quickly. Neve and Rhett both feel betrayed by the others reaction to a decision Rhett made in the past without consultation. Neve has a surprisingly soft centre which she hides with an outer shell and feisty tongue, whilst Rhett has grown into a man at home in his own skin. Though they haven't spoken in years, their feelings for each other haven't gone away and when they meet at a conference, Neve believes that she can let go of the past enough to try and be friends. Things don't stay platonic for long but Neve protects her heart by treating their encounters as a fling, which doesn't go down well with Rhett who feels they should have moved on from the mistakes in their past. When will men learn that we NEED the word 'sorry' to let go of our hurt and anger? This was a page turning book. Warning of Strong Language. Book 4. Persuading Spring - 5 Stars - Beautiful Story Bridget (Birdie to her friends) is rescued by Aaron and his 7yr old son Mateo on the worst day of her life, and they both make her feel a little bit better (chocolate fudge ice cream anyone?). Aaron is a real gentleman, a white knight in shining armour and his son is adorable. Despite the situation they feel an attraction, one that is strong enough for Bridget to look him up again a week after her wedding was called off. Once they meet again they can't resist the attraction they feel, even though they have both been scarred by love and have lives 500 miles apart. This was a delightful story and a fitting end to the series. Warning of Strong Language. I received free copies of these books in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.
