    Worth a Try I got a lot of information, some a refresher of information I already knew and, additional tips on what to eat, New things to try, and new staples to stock in my pantry. Having suffered from Hashimoto's for the past fifty years and gradually developing all sorts of digestive issues, I'm always seeking advice to help alleviate my symptoms. I am already gluten and dairy free, and also need to avoid some nightshade, soy, etc. Therefore, not all of the recipes are suitable for me. I pretty much got used to the great idea of keeping a food diary and, I suggest that you include the symptoms, too. There are times when combinations of foods are really a problem! You might even want to share your findings with your doctor or other healthcare provider? All in all, the suggestions in this book could just be what you need to get you on the path to feeling better.

Uses lots of nuts and don't have recipes already so great for me. Haven't tried anything yet but hoping these recipes will help chronic pain yet. Like the eggplant recipe, love to see if it works.
