I had a copy of this when it was new, and despite never even having considered using ribbon for actual crafting, I was able to use these instructions to make several kinds of flowers and leaves. Years later, when I'd long since gotten rid of the book, I decided to make corsages. Ordered a new-to-me copy, and even though it had been nearly two decades, I was able to immediately go back to cranking out attractive and sturdy rose corsages (with leaves). She makes it all easy, from selecting ribbon to attaching the finished blossom to a stem. I know that one of the corsages I've made has lasted 3 years so far, worn about once a month, and it has been packed in luggage at least 6 times.
