I was sorely disappointed by receiving this 'alleged' book of time-saving projects. 12 pages of childlike drawings but some pages of purported templates, again apparently drawn by a child. Some 'general instructions' which do not inform appropriately or sufficiently or succinctly enough and general disbelief on my part that this could ever be interpreted as either time saving or even art projects. Some 'general instructions' which do not inform appropriately or sufficiently or succinctly enough and general disbelief on my part that this could ever be interpreted as either time saving or even art projects. Whilst I recognise that the author may be targeting those teachers whose students may have limitations in their dexterity and/or understanding, this package of amateurish and occasionally stereotypical drawings (NOT pictures!) would not, in my opinion, go anywhere near meeting the needs of those students. Firstly they wouldn't be able to understand, let alone follow, the meagre instructions and secondly, I can not see how they would benefit in terms of sense of achievement from creating such mediocre outcomes. I have just been reminded that I didn't actually try to create any of these projects - which has prompted the thought that I wouldn't want to, because far from being time-saving, the effort necessary to recreate/enlarge the templates and then cut out all the individual pieces to create patterns for the 'projects' is far more than I would want to invest. As a non-creative person, even I could do better than this .... and have! I find it hard to believe that the author was a teacher for 38 years. I received this book as part of a Goodreads giveaway and can only say how disappointed I would have been had I actually paid for it.

**I gratefully received this book from a Goodreads giveaway. I was excited to have won this book, as it seems like a fun project idea and implementation aid. The premise is promising: the author provides you with the outlines of basic shapes, and then you can use those (50 or so?) shapes to make 20+ different seasonal art projects (eg, groundhog, shamrock, chick in egg, easter bunny, Irish potato (??)). The problem is that the drawings are incredibly crude. It's like they were drawn BY the K-2nd g **I gratefully received this book from a Goodreads giveaway. The problem is that the drawings are incredibly crude. It's like they were drawn BY the K-2nd graders rather than FOR the K-2nd graders. The quality of artwork was too primitive to be inspired to complete any of the projects, so unfortunately I didn't find this book helpful or time saving at all.

I won this book on Goodreads. I was disappointed with this book. I thought it would have some fun art projects that I could do with my kids, but it seems like a lot of work. It also wasn't very clear to me on what pieces I needed to create the project. Sometimes it lists shapes, other times it lists letters. I realize that it was written for teachers and teachers may really like it, but it seems overly complicated to me. The author included drawings that looked to be drawn by a child. To me that made sense, that's what the finished project would look like. I'll pass this book off to a teacher at my children's school.

Time Saving Art Projects for Busy Teachers: Book 2 by Diane Robbins gives ideas to use for projects from February to June for Grades K-6. The ideas are good and would be helpful for a teacher or a substitute who is not inclined to be very good in art. I expected a little more in the book as it only has24 pages. In my opinion, the patterns would be hard for me to copy. The ideas would be help. I received this thru a Goodreads Giveaway.

Time Saving Art Projects for Busy Teachers: Book 2 is a collection of patterns appropriate for the elementary classroom reflecting holidays and celebrations for February through June. Not intended for an art teacher, these patterns would be helpful in extending ideas discussed in the classroom or for providing activities for a substitute teacher. I received a copy of this book in a Goodreads giveaway in exchange for an honest review.

I won this book as a Goodreads Giveaway. I was extremely excited to receive it since I am a teacher. I was then totally disappointed when I opened the book. The activities were not that good. The patterns were poorly hand drawn most of the time. This is NOT a book I would ever use in my classroom. I can find much more professional ideas online for free with a few simple clicks of my mouse.

I won this book from a Good Reads giveaway and after seeing it, I probably would never have purchased it. All the drawings are very simplistic, even a few of the templates. There are not as many templates as I thought there would be either. Disappointing.

I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. Different to what I was expecting, not as useful content as what I thought it would be

I won this in a Goodreads giveaway. My opinion is just that...mine...and completely unbiased. Nothing special. I think better ideas could be obtained online.
