I am back on the dating scene at 60+ and wanted to update my knowledge on this topic. It was very informative and helpful, I used several of their suggestions for products. Some of the sections were of no interest to me but I am sure others would find them helpful, I chose to not read those.

Good read My GF and I of 7 years are currently going through some hard times. She’s told me before what she would like me to do differently, but it’s sometimes difficult to really understand. After reading the book I see exactly what she’s referring to, and currently working very hard on these things. I can’t wait to share this book with her and do the exercises in it together.
