Useful information; however, not all of the information about the herbs and uses is accurate so this is better as something for introduction rather than full guidelines. The recipes are basic and simple so not a bad place to start on that end.

Awesome book I love this book as I am very much into DIY herbal medicine. Tells you about the different ways you can use essential oils and herbs. Great book to have if you are into homeopathic medicine and it being all natural. ~I received this product in exchange for a honest review. My opinions are my own and I have not been influenced in any way.~
