After 3 years from the first read, I was surprised that I forgot almost everything. The book is relatively thin and can be easily finished within 2 hours, but it contains a considerable range of knowledge, a perfect combination of nutrition guidelines and Tao philosophy to be exact. Although the "macrobiotic" method is not fully explained in this book, other topics such as love, marriage, and human development are written with great details.
