Armand informed him he was to become the supreme master of all humanity. Dr. Diane French (M.D.) had performed the exploratory surgery on Shirley. Dr. Adam Smith (surgeon) & Detective Carl Wilson (SD/PD) came to her room. Joshua Isaac Carpenter next meets Steven Albert Johnson & John Jack David Masterson. News flash: terrorist bombings in the American Republic, & explosions were reported in Washington, NYC, LA, & San Diego. There was a suicide bombing in the Guadalupe Valley, then a domino effect began & it happened all over the world. The FBI & CIA announced Operation Purge. Shirley was doing lots better health wise but still in danger. Joshua was being interrogated by the DC FBI Agent Sadie Anderson & Director Carlos Montoya. Josh & Shirley headed for Macon, GA where she was supposed to speak. Next stop Savannah Shirley will sign books & give out autographs. What is the Second Chance Transference Project used for? Bill William Dixon (Ted’s father) was having a transference procedure. What happened to Hammond Ham Bentley Finch (CEO Finch Inc.)? What about Joshua Carpenter & Constance Judah? Will Joshua Carpenter be able to stop all of this political mayhem & global turmoil? I used to watch a cartoon called The Jetsons, this kind of reminded me of them. Only an honest one. A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written futuristic sci-fi book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great futuristic sci-fi movie, or mini TV series. Very bizarre. 1 you must read to the end. A very easy rating of 5 stars. There is the struggle between good and evil; humans and those with mechanical or artificial parts; and those seeking to be the ruler of all the earth. There are religious components. The main character, Joshua Carpenter is the hope for the world to be at peace. Well described characters from the human to the evil monster.

HAND OF GOD by Karl J. Morgan is a novel with clear and prominent religious overtones and themes. Such works don't bother me in the slightest, but I felt I should mention that right off, in case that isn't your thing. This novel is filled with wonderful, larger-than-life protagonists faced with impossibly large and important decisions. It's also full of villains so vile and single-mindedly evil, just contemplating their existence is frightening. The best parts are when characters you think are yi HAND OF GOD by Karl J. The best parts are when characters you think are yin actually show traits of yang (or vice versa). Morgan did a fabulous job of creating characters rich and well-rounded, ones that will stick with you. The plot is well-conceived. It's fairly standard for an apocalyptic novel, but has some surprising twists. Some of the writing style is underdeveloped, but none of the issues were sufficiently annoying to detract from the content. Morgan is a gifted storyteller. If fast-paced, apocalyptic thrillers appeal to you, I highly recommend this novel.
