In this age of "green juicing" I found myself with a kidney stone. Green smoothies can be wicked high in their oxalate content. This book was a fantastic find and a source of inspiration for smoothies that are tasty, healthy and LOW OXALATE!!! I've learned the hard way you can have too much of a good thing. I was like Popeye with spinach, and after all I've learned, I am in much better health without it!
