   I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. Overall this is a good recipe book. There are some recipes that didn't look very good and I probably wouldn't try.    Really enjoyed this recipe ebook and was surprised by the large quantity of recipes to try. Sometimes I run out of ideas, especially when trying to come up with a weeknight dinner. This can turn any basic meal, such as meat and a rice or vegetable dish, into something very special. So many to try, I can't wait!    Great recipes Some really great recipes are included in this book, along with some contextual information about how to properly serve them. Now I just need to figure out how to modify some of these for canning and other types of long term preservation.
