I have read a lot of books about leadership, team formation, company identity etc. And my conclusion is that if there were no Steve Jobs, Google or Marthin Luther King Jr. this sector would not have much to write about. The book has a nice structure actually and not badly written. It is just that, the examples given do not have the same significance all the time and the authors and I are not people who would see eye to eye in real life I feel. Nicely done I liked the layout of A-Z style with real life examples interwoven with detail and thoughts. Very good points that can be used in everyday life when it comes to leading or even following.

This reads like a workbook, but has good narrative sections. It would make a good supplement for other leadership materials and has an interesting perspective.

As the title says a nice practical guide. The title is a great read for budding or building leaders a really simple step by step introduction. Good read.

An A-Z on leadership related themes which was good as an overview. However, not many new concepts if you have looked into this area and much of the A-Z felt like it was added to make it fit an A-Z rather than add that much value.
