I had no idea there were artists creating amazing works of art using cardboard. Thanks to my local library, where I can browse the shelves at my leisure (and yes, although I frequently complain that I don't get enough time for myself, I do get those lovely occasional days when I have an hour or so to just enjoy the library, and I can borrow far too many books once again. Lovely!), I can find these fabulous books that show me something I didn't know before. Lovely!), I can find these fabulous books that show me something I didn't know before. This book is nicely set out - numerous artists are highlighted, with sections in the book covering particular ways in which the cardboard is used. Each artist is introduced, both in person and with regards to their body of work. A few smaller pictures are shown, and one large one (this is in general, though not strict) to showcase a specific, stunning piece of art. The page layouts are attractive, and the works of art are fabulous. I thoroughly enjoyed this 'found' book.

Cool cardboard art. Not as practical as it is creative.

Two things: 1. I feel an overwhelming urge to start hoarding lots of cardboard. 2. I really want a giant cardboard chimpanzee

Some interesting art in here but the DIY section was a joke. I skimmed over most of the art talk.
