I love this book. I used what I learned to negotiate a car purchase; I got exactly what I wanted at a price both sides considered fair. Good stuff.

Like all of Kristine Kathryn Rusch nonfiction (whether book or blog form) about the intersection of writing and business, I felt like I came away with some gritty-nitty know how.

The art of negotiation is carefully explained in this relatively short book. It brings with it practical examples that help the reader become familiar, and perhaps more comfortable, with the entire negotiating process. Kristine writes as if she's sitting across the table having a chat, or perhaps giving a lecture on some of the points. I purchased a copy of this book and rate it as five stars.
