With the perfect shape, mandalas allow us to refocus. A mandala is a drawing organized around its center. It is a universal form that is often found in nature in things like flowers, spider webs, the solar system, or a human cell. Because of its shape and the way it is designed, mandalas allow your eye to rest in the center while taking in the beauty of the whole object. T With the perfect shape, mandalas allow us to refocus. 200 simple mandalas printed on both sides of the page. A smaller book than usual but quite thick. The paper is medium weight and very smooth. I've been using water-based markers and they don't bleed through at all. Some do show a little ghosting but that gets covered up when the other side is coloured. Overall, a nice book but the mandalas are too simple for my taste ranging from very basic to simplistic. 200 simple mandalas printed on both sides of the page. This was a wonderful win! I read through the authors notes and explainations, and found this to be the most relaxing "adult coloring book" ever. It has helpped to center me after a frantic day, bad moment, or even a tough client at work. I even started to make copies and pass them out at work, so that when my team is feeling a bit frazzled they focus on the Mandalas rather than the negative engery and vibe that was left by their last phone call.
