(B+) 78% | Good Notes: Wherein killing’s nothing personal, strictly business in the end: it’s corporate criminality, callous cruelty its dividend.

This was an interesting Lex Luthor story, but it's nothing new. Much better stories starring Luthor a scumbag businessman have been written before, and with better art. But this book sure has a nifty cover. This was an interesting Lex Luthor story, but it's nothing new. 2.0 - It's these moments that I bore of DC. Everything is the perfect version of itself - the perfect alien in Superman, the perfect detective in Batman, and the perfect uber-genius villain in Lex Luthor. Soule delivers is a fine little tail of tidy double-crosses, but it's not interesting in the least. It makes out Luthor to be an unmovable object that can only be unseated by the unstoppable force of Superman. It's boring. 2.0 - It's these moments that I bore of DC.
