Nice collection of folk songs with a bit of instruction. This would make good supplementary material for someone who is going through a method book for beginners. The songs start off using the simplest chords, progressing to more difficult ones. The song melodies are written out in standard notation, with the chords above in the usual way. What could be really useful for someone learning to do chordal accompaniments is that it is written out in tab showing where to play the alternate bass notes.
