Not a lot of clear strategies, mostly filler and typical self-help encouragement
Piia Hanson –
Great information but it’s not written at a level where the average person can understand or take advantage of the examples.

Ok maybe I have been a bit harsh with this review, and even more harsher because the reason I never got as much from this book as I could because am from the UK, and this is more US based, tax, real state and laws advice - however going by Robert Kiyosaki's own teachings that 'that doesn't work in my country' would be naive for me to assume, so with research, I assume I could find a relevant and similar rule here thats being taught in this book... ...however, the reason am dissapointed in this bo Ok maybe I have been a bit harsh with this review, and even more harsher because the reason I never got as much from this book as I could because am from the UK, and this is more US based, tax, real state and laws advice - however going by Robert Kiyosaki's own teachings that 'that doesn't work in my country' would be naive for me to assume, so with research, I assume I could find a relevant and similar rule here thats being taught in this book... ...however, the reason am dissapointed in this book is because its just a complete re-hash of all their existing education. Its turning into somewhat of a joke, - how many real estate courses do they need to sing from the same sheet but just worded differently, or different case studies This is coming from a Robert Kioysaki and rich dad education fan, but even am starting to have enough, think this is my 3-4th book from these guys, and its more or less the same, just taught in a different form and examples, and its not very rewarding to fans like us that are genuine followers to be reading the same thing over and over again I do believe if I can find just one gold nugget of info, regardless how much the book is the same, its always worth while and my time to read, but there is a limit to even how much I can tolerate, - need more original material, not the rich dad brand slapped on anyone for the sake to sell more books in form of seemingly new content, yet its the same old... i don't know..maybe its just one of thoise days am more ciritical than normal, but...am confident there are people out there that will agree unless your a complete newbie and not got much of their other stuff... A very dry read, but Kiyosaki's advisors give it to you straight. And if you're alive today, real estate is not an option. With the recession, shrinking dollar, outsourcing, downsizing, rapidly shifting economy, death of the pension, and more, YOU need to take care of your financial future. Real estate outweighs other asset classes 1,000 to 1. Lean and earn and you won't yearn for anything. Don't do so and get your voice ready to greet those people coming into Walmart when you're 75. I got this book from the library, and after I read it, I went ahead and ordered it so I have it in my home library for reference. There is a lot of good information in these pages - it's all practical and easy to understand. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who is interested in investing in real estate.
