It took me about 40 years after hearing about this book, Star Wars: Splinter in the Mind's Eye, from my friend Timothy MacConnell before I got it read. Definitely some hack writing in this work but it is still enjoyable popcorn reading like a super hero movie or Twinkies snack cakes.
